The animals I am working with are Venuzeulan mainland animals, seldom seen in Europe, these are the most heavily patterned of the ruschenbergerii localities and capable of producing solid red and yellow animals not seen elsewhere in the range of these snakes.

Typically they can reach lengths of 6-8 feet and care is as per Amazon tree boas, these animals occur west of the Orinoco river and upwards to Costa Rica, the largest animals though, occur on Trinidad and Tobago, here they are big enough to tackle introduced mongoose and tend to be a rich milk chocolate brown colour.

All in all these should prove to be an interesting addition to the captive bred tree boa market and i look forward to my first litters.
